An institution has a location on a U.S. military base. There is a written agreement giving the institution “control” of a suite within a single building on the base. The institution has determined that this location is a separate campus due to there also being an organized program of study and an administrator on site. Areas of the building used to access the suite are also considered to be part of the campus.
The institution must report Clery crimes occurring in surrounding areas of the military base because it is “public property.”
