Answer: These bushes are so overgrown that you can barely see the adult sitting just a few feet away on the sidewalk. Bushes should be trimmed to allow reasonable visibility on all sides and trees should be trimmed to allow several feet of clearance from the ground for easy supervision of these areas. This can reduce the chances that an attacker could hide in the bushes or that contraband could be hidden here.
