General campus budgets are the most common way K-12 schools/districts, universities and hospitals are paying for their emergency notification systems.

For hospitals, funding often comes from the facilities department, emergency management or grants. Campus law enforcement budgets are common sources of funding for colleges, while IT is a common funding source for higher ed and K-12.
