Consider Adding Value to the Card

With today’s systems, users can do more with their ID cards than just open doors, including entering sporting events, or making purchases using the campus debit program for meals and cashless vending. Additionally, ID cards can be used at off-campus merchant partner establishments to provide the greatest possible flexibility, variety and value. Cards can also be used for payroll, student attendance and other applications.

Hospitals and universities can realize many important benefits from a properly deployed access control system, including documented reductions in theft even as enrollment increases, and campus experience improves. Perhaps most importantly, with an open and adaptable system, universities and healthcare facilities can embrace change and rely on their infrastructure to support future improvements that will benefit faculty and staff, as well as students and their parents.
