Jewish Association on Aging Security Manager Rick Franks

Congratulations to Jewish Association on Aging Security Manager Rick Franks for being named one of this year’s Healthcare Campus Safety Director of the Year finalists.

Here are some of his notable achievements:

  • Upgraded and installed campus-wide surveillance cameras to keep a watchful eye on multiple locations from a single vantage point.
  • Set up multiple locations on JAA’s campus for residents, staff, and members of the public to receive vaccines when the first wave of doses were made available to seniors and the immunocompromised.
  • Served as a fusion liaison officer, JAA’s private sector link to the Western Pennsylvania and Region 13 information processing and Criminal Intelligence center.
