3rd Suspect Arrested in MSU Student Death

STARKVILLE, Miss. — Authorities apprehended a third suspect in Florida Saturday in the shooting death of a Mississippi State University (MSU) student.

Family members convinced Trent Crump, 21, to surrender, The Associated Press reports. Crump, along with Duntae Harvey and Mason Jones are charged with capital murder in the death of John Sanderson, who was killed outside a dorm room on the MSU campus.

The suspects also face drug charges, said MSU spokeswoman Maridith Geuder.
