Staff at Regina General Hospital in Canada are expressing concerns over the facility’s lack of security after a 17-year-old pulled a gun on several employees outside the hospital.

Employees said the teen asked them for a cigarette, but they declined due to hospital policy. The boy then went back inside the facility and emerged later, shoving one employee and pulling out the weapon, Global News reports.

This was just the latest incident that has Regina General employees rattled. In December, a nurse in the NICU was beaten while walking to her car after the end of her shift. The hospital increased patrols following the attack.
