MIDDLETOWN, Conn. — Reports claim that janitors found blood and urine in two rooms at Farm Hill Elementary School where special needs students are disciplined.
Several students reported that they heard shouting coming from the rooms, The Sideshow reports. Board of Education Chairman Gene Nocera said that officials have received several complaints about the “scream rooms” and are planning to launch an investigation.
The rooms are small six-by-four-foot “book rooms.”
