IAHSS Launches Salary, Career Benchmark Survey for the Healthcare Security, Safety Industry

Healthcare protection executives are encouraged to take IAHSS’ latest survey, which will cover compensation, benefits, work/life balance, job satisfaction, and more.

The International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) is encouraging all healthcare security and safety executives to take its new salary and career benchmark survey. The information obtained will be used by IAHSS to launch an interactive dashboard that will provide hospital protection executives with the information they need to plan their careers, negotiate the compensation and benefits they deserve, understand the trade-offs of different career paths, and more.

“This is not another static report—you will be able to filter the data to make it relevant for your current position or future aspirations,” the association said in a press release.

IAHSS members should expect to receive an email about the salary survey from Nucleus Analytics at nucleussurveys@communitybrands.com. Members who don’t receive an email as well as non-IAHSS members who are hospital security and safety professionals can take the survey by clicking on this link or visiting https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2022-IAHSS-Website-Link.

The entire process should take no more than 10 minutes, and responses will be anonymous.

The survey will cover a range of key  career topics, including compensation, benefits, work/life balance, and job satisfaction. Healthcare protection executive participation is critical and completely anonymous.

“Each response will provide another data point to make this dynamic new tool more helpful and relevant for us all,” says the IAHSS.

After the survey is closed, participants will have the opportunity to be sent an individual-use discount code for free access once the interactive survey responses dashboard is launched. All survey responses are anonymous and cannot be linked to any contact information.

TAKE THE SURVEY.
