LA/OC IAHSS Recognizes Hospital Security Officers for Saving Lives, Outstanding Performances

Jake has identified himself as a valuable resource to our team, as well as the hospital as a whole.  He maintains a professional approach to all aspects of his job and maintains composure in the most challenging of situations.

His decisions are always based in the best interest of safety and he employs a positive de-escalation approach that is effective in resolving conflict without the need for physical intervention.  In short, Jake is a great asset to our team as well as the community we serve and is a great reflection of our organization.
