Gonzaga U. Puts 2 Students on Probation for Pulling Gun on Intruder
SPOKANE, Wash. – Gonzaga University has placed Erik Fagan and Dan McIntosh on indefinite probation for pulling out a gun on an intruder who allegedly tried to force his way into their apartment.
The two were told they violated the school’s weapons policy. The incident occurred Oct. 24 in the students’ university-owned apartment. The intruder is a convicted felon who allegedly demanded Fagan and McIntosh pay him money.
The two students say they were acting in self-defense and were unaware of the policy. They will be appealing Gonzaga’s decision.
