Doctor Arrested in Creighton U. Med. School Murders
UNION COUNTY, Ill. — Illinois State Police arrested Dr. Anthony Garcia, 40, on Monday. He is suspected of killing three adults and one boy in Nebraska.
Authorities believe that in May, Garcia broke into the home of Creighton University medical school pathology professor Roger Brumback and killed the professor and his wife. Garcia is also the suspect in the 2008 stabbings of the son of William Hunter, who is also a Creighton University faculty member, and his housekeeper.
Brumback and Hunger fired Garcia in 2001.
