Arizona State U. to Host Clery Act Training

Security On Campus Inc. will be presenting Clery Act Training June 28-29 at Arizona State University. The Clery Act Training seminar will be held at the school’s SkySong conference facility in Scottsdale, Ariz., and is offered by Security On Campus Inc. in partnership with the Arizona State University Police Department.

This day and half long seminar will walk participants through each aspect of compliance including:

  • Collecting, classifying and counting crime statistics
  • Ongoing disclosures: Timely warning, emergency notification and public crime log
  • Victim support services and security programs
  • Annual security report

Updates to the seminar include new reporting requirements that began in 2010 on:

  • Residence life
  • Victim advocates
  • Admissions officers
  • Human resources
  • Facilities/emergency planners
