LOS ANGELES – Officials from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center issued a statement July 12 claiming that 14 patient records were “inappropriately accessed” between June 18 and June 24, which coincides with the time when reality television star Kim Kardashian was recovering from the delivery of her baby.

Kardashian delivered her daughter with rapper Kanye West on June 15.
