What is the Campus Safety Conference?
Now in its 12th year, CSC unites hundreds of K-12 and college campus protection professionals to share ideas, learn from subject-matter experts and each other, and enjoy some well-deserved downtime.
CSC attendees have access to sessions on various topics impacting campus safety and security, and dozens of solutions providers show off the latest and greatest technologies. There are also plenty of opportunities to connect with other attendees, both formally and casually.
Each year, we host one national CSC and one regional CSC at EDspaces. The national CSC follows our traditional format while CSC at EDspaces, now in its fourth year, combines safety and security with educational design.
The co-location of these two events opens the door to more resources for school and college administrators, campus security executives, law enforcement, emergency management, and facilities management professionals, as well as delivers new insights to architects and distributors in the education design market.

2025 Campus Safety Conference Registration and Agenda Now Live!
Campus Safety is excited to announce that registration and the agenda for the 2025 Campus Safety Conference (CSC) are now live! The national event returns, July 21-23, and will be held for the first time in Austin, Texas. Attendees will experience downtown Austin with educational sessions and the host hotel under one roof at the Hilton Austin on Fourth Street.
CSC collaborates with presenters who have varying backgrounds and experiences and therefore offer different personal and professional perspectives. We had a competitive call for speakers process and will be focusing on a wide range of topics, including Clery Act changes, federal grant impacts, protests on campuses, developing emergency operation plans, technology and obstacles to innovation, communication plans and more.
Speakers at CSC 2025 include a university public information officer, a K-12 head of security and facilities, a psychologist, a reunification coordinator, multiple directors of safety and security, law enforcement executives, a grants development associate, an environmental health director and others.

Campus Safety Conference (CSC) is thrilled to announce our 2025 event dates and locations!
For 2025, our event dates will be:
- NATIONAL CSC: July 21-23, 2025 | Austin, Texas at the Hilton Austin
- CSC AT EDSPACES: November 5-7, 2025 | Columbus, Ohio at the Greater Columbus Convention Center
