13-Year-Old Student Shot, Killed on School Bus
HOMESTEAD, Fla. – Lourdes Guzman, 13, was shot and killed by a male student as they and about eight other children were riding a private school bus. None of the other passengers were injured.
The incident occurred at 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, and the alleged shooter was taken into custody, reports nbcmiami.com. He has been charged with manslaughter. Grief counselors were called to the school.
