13 Times K-12 Schools Got Security Very, Very Wrong (And 6 Times They Got It Right)

What’s RIGHT with this picture? Scroll down to see the answer.

Answer: This security fencing used by an Arizona independent school is attractive yet extremely difficult to breach. The metal fencing has high tensile strength and the bars cannot be spread open by a trespasser to climb through. The design of the fencing would make it extremely difficult to climb because there is no foothold between the bars.

The fencing color and texture blend in with the design of the school so a high degree of security is achieved without degrading the beauty of the school or creating a prison-like environment.
