Three Students Stabbed on Baltimore College Campus

Three football players were stabbed on Morgan State University’s campus Tuesday. One victim is in the hospital.

A Morgan State University student is in custody after witnesses say he stabbed three football players outside the Baltimore school’s dining hall on Tuesday.

One student is in the hospital after being stabbed in the chest and two others suffered wounds, on their arm and back respectively, when a stabbing occurred on a crowded campus courtyard yesterday, according to CBS Baltimore. It is the second stabbing on campus in the last week. On Friday, a student stabbed his roommate with scissors in their dorm room after an argument about cleanliness.

Police believe Tuesday’s attack was the result of a dispute between students after a dance over the weekend.

Morgan State University President David Wilson released a statement ensuring that the school takes campus safety seriously.
