Texas State U. Students Charged with Hazing

SAN MARCOS, Texas — Texas State University drum line members were charged with hazing for giving alcohol to underage students during an initiation, KVUE.com reports.

According to the affidavit and arrest paperwork, the freshman students were blindfolded, given alcohol and forced to be on their hands and knees with their heads in the crotch of upperclassmen.

The 13 students involved in the hazing are temporarily suspended from the marching band. Further disciplinary action is pending a university investigation.
