A juvenile court judge has ordered the release of two teenagers arrested in connection with a planned shooting at South Pasadena High School, according to a report in the Contra Costa Times. The order was made on Tuesday, but it is unclear when the teenagers will be released or if they have already been released.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office said the teens will remain under house arrest. The teens age 16 and 17 were arrested on August 18th on the suspicion of planning a mass shooting.
Prosecutors brought three charges against the boys including conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit assault with a deadly weapon and making criminal threats.
