Security Officer Arrested on Child Porn Charges

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — A former Birmingham City Schools security officer was arrested on Nov. 4 on child pornography charges.

Michael Wayne Wooten was also a substitute bus driver for Shelby County schools, the Montgomery Advertiser reports.

Graphic images of at least five girls were found on Wooten’s computer. The pictures appear to have been taken in the office of Dupuy Elementary.
