Police: Music Teacher Tricked Student Into Removing Her Clothes

TACOMA, Wash. — A former Tacoma Community College music instructor is facing criminal charges after he allegedly tricked a Gig Harbor High School student into removing her clothes while singing to reach lower octaves.

Kevin Gausepohl is charged with seven counts of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes and one count of obstructing a law enforcement officer, the Associated Press reports.

Other students told investigators they were also approached by Gausepohl.
