TUCSON, Ariz. — Jared Loughner repeatedly accused Pima Community College of scamming him and claimed his freedom of speech was being violated, according to the thousands of pages of documents released by the college this week.
Pima Community College released more than 8,500 pages after the Pima County Superior Court ruled they were not protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, CNN reports. Nearly 19,000 pages have been released in response to public records requests from media outlets.
Loughner is being held in a federal mental hospital after a court ruling found him incompetent to stand trial for the shooting that left six dead and 13 wounded.
