A man angry at a hospital for refusing him service was arrested after causing an estimated $1 million in damage August 3.
David Williams, 33, became upset when he was asked to leave the Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital emergency room around 1 a.m., according to khou.com.
Police say Williams then walked into the building next door and started two fires, which triggered the sprinkler system in the hospital.
When hospital security guards tried to get him out of the building Williams allegedly trashed one of the offices and fled.
Houston Police arrested Williams shortly after the incident and he has been charged with criminal arson.
The majority of the damage was caused by the sprinkler system according to the Houston Fire Department.
It is unclear what injury Williams wanted to be treated for in the emergency room.
