A former teacher at a Pennsylvania school for teenagers in families facing adversity has been arrested after officials discovered she’d allegedly been sexually assaulting a student.
Nina Scott, 28, was arrested Feb. 1 after staff members at the Mid-Atlantic Youth Services facility discovered letters she’d written to a 16-year-old former student in October.
In the letters, Scott referred to the student as “her girlfriend” and the victim referred to Scott as her “future wife,” according to aol.com.

Scott allegedly met the female student as a teacher at The Village School, which is a court-ordered child care facility in Radnor Township, Pennsylvania.
Scott allegedly sexually assaulted the girl inside her classroom, in her car and at her home.
After the victim left the school, Scott wrote more than 30 letters to the girl, many of them signed “Pretty.”
Staff members found the letters in the victim’s journal.
Now Scott faces charges including 34 counts of institutional sexual assault of a minor and corruption of minors.
