Mass. Schools to Replace Exterior Doors at 10 Schools

LYNN, Mass. — The city of Lynn will spend between $175,000 to $200,000 replacing exterior doors in 10 schools in the area.

City officials said it’s necessary to replace the old, wooden doors to increase security. The door upgrades are part of the city’s school security initiatives, which also includes installing surveillance cameras, and training drill for students, teachers and police, according to itemlive.com.
