Man Assaults Cop, Hospital Staff After Relative’s Death
ROCHESTER, N.H. — A man has been arrested for assaulting a police officer and a staff member at Frisbie Memorial Hospital after the death of his 12-year-old relative.
Several members of the Rochester Police Department were at the hospital conducting an investigation into the unattended death of a 12-year-old, Foster’s Daily Democrat reports. Kris Kimber began causing a disturbance in the emergency room, and when police and staff attempted to calm him, he allegedly assaulted them.
Kimber was held on no bail due to a previous arrest. The alleged assaults violated the conditions of bail that were set after the previous arrest.
