GRAND FORKS, N.D. — Numerous drug-related arrests have led to the suspension of the Phi Delta Theta chapter at the University of North Dakota.
The suspension will last until the fall of 2013, the Grand Forks Herald reports. International Executive Vice President of the fraternity, Bob Biggs, said the undergraduates who were members will not be eligible to return.
Eight members of the fraternity and a pledge were either cited or charged with drug offenses after the Grand Forks Area Narcotics Task Force conducted a search.
