Former U. of Iowa Student Proceeds with Sexual Harassment Suit Against Dead Professor

A former University of Iowa student is suing her former professor for sexual harassment. Professor Mark Weiger committed suicide earlier this year.

The university agreed to the former student’s motion to substitute Weiger with a representative of his estate.
