Fla. Hospital Employee Accused of Identity Theft

Authorities are saying that a South Miami Hospital respiratory therapist helped two convicted identity thieves steal the identity of campus patients.

Alci Bonanne and Chante Mozley are accused of paying South Miami Hospital staff member Betty Cole for patients’ personal information, reports NBC6.com. The Social Security numbers can sell for about $150 each on the black market.

Cole has been terminated from her position.
