NCCU Issues ‘All Clear’ on Lockdown

12:26 (Pacific) WRAL is reporting that NCCU issued an “all clear” notification around 3 p.m. (Eastern). According to the news station, shots were fired, but a suspect has been apprehended.

DURHAM, N.C. — North Carolina Central University (NCCU) just issued emergency alerts indicating a “possible active shooter” may be on campus.

According to the school’s Twitter feed, a lockdown has gone into effect and everyone in the area is advised to stay away from all windows and doors.
