In this video, an oncoming semi in St. Louis County, Minn., came dangerously close to a child waiting to board the school bus. The driver has been charged from the Sept. 10 incident.

A 2014 survey revealed that in just one day, Minnesota school bus drivers reported 402 illegal passing violations. Stay alert for bus warning lights and stop arms.

In Minnesota, there are approximately 16,472 buses that transport 768,244 students daily.
