5 Injured in Cal State L.A. Dorm Fire

Five women were burned on Friday as a result of a cooking fire at California State University, Los Angeles.

The blaze was reported at 8 p.m. but was extinguished before firefighters arriaved at the scene, reports the Los Angeles Times. All of the women were taken to local hospitals with first- and second-degree burns to between 5% and 20% of their bodies.
