Three Michigan football players face charges following a woman’s claim that they sexually assaulted her in a bathroom in January.
Arrest warrants were issued for Josh King, Donnie Corley and Demetric Vance on Tuesday.
King was charged with first and third degree sexual assault and one count of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person. Corley and Vance were charged with third degree sexual assault.
Vance appeared in court on Tuesday and pled not guilty.

The alleged crime occurred at an on-campus apartment on Jan. 16.
A woman who says she knew King before the incident told police he pulled her into a bathroom and forced her to perform sexual acts. A detective says King then invited Corley and Vance into the bathroom separately and forced the woman to perform more sexual acts.
The three men were suspended from the football program and removed from campus housing in February, reports ESPN.
Michigan State football staff member Curtis Blackwell was also suspended for violating school policy.
All three men were dismissed from the team when the arrest warrants were issued.
Police say they originally denied having sexual contact with the woman, but later changed their stories. A video was also discovered on King’s phone of him having sex with the woman.
The Michigan State police department said in a statement that their officers conducted more than 100 interviews during their investigation.
But an attorney for the alleged victim said the university’s investigation did not address problems with the culture at the football program.
