2 Students Charged With Threatening to Shoot, Rape School Staff
Two Milton High School Students were charged on Thursday with threatening to shoot school district administrators and sexually assault a teacher.
The threats were posted on Facebook, and when police searched the student’s homes, they found they had access to hunting rifles, reports WPTZ.
The suspects were identified as Landon Dusablon and Ethan Homola, both 17.
Defense attorneys believe the online exchange is protected under the First Amendment.
