PORTLAND, Ore. — Two men were arrested Nov. 5 on the Portland State University campus after PSU safety officers said they found the men sexually assaulted a 42-year-old woman.
Timothy Nathaniel Hogue was charged with first-degree rape and Leslie Lee Thornton, Jr. was charged with first-degree rape, sodomy and sex abuse, The Oregonian reports. The men were detained by campus officers until Portland Police arrived on the scene.
