How Would You Classify These Clery Crimes in Your ASR?

Aggravated Assault is defined as an unlawful attack by one person upon another for the purpose of inflicting severe or aggravated bodily injury, typically accompanied by the use of a weapon.

However, this also includes attacks using “personal weapons,” such as hands, arms, feet, fists or teeth.

In this case, Domestic Violence is also applicable as the definition includes felony or misdemeanor crimes of violence committed by another person against an adult or youth victim who is protected from that person’s acts under the domestic or family violence laws of the jurisdiction in which the crime of violence occurred.
