There’s no shortage of challenges facing universities looking to strengthen or maintain their Title IX compliance.
Whether it’s investigating sexual assault reports, establishing disciplinary procedures to respond to those reports or just ensuring your students are aware of all the resources on your campus, administrators need to make a concerted, documented effort to adhere to stringent federal guidelines.
One way to get best practices in these efforts is to see how your peers are approaching the same problems.
That’s why, in partnership with KeynectUp, Campus Safety sat down with Bentley University’s Title IX Coordinator Erin Kelley and Associate Director of Gender Equity and Development Alex Hirs.
In the interview, Kelley and Hirs discuss what’s worked on their campus and give the details on their sexual assault prevention and response strategies.
