Vector Solutions Expands Capabilities with LiveSafe Acquisition
Acquiring LiveSafe adds real-time mobile risk prevention, reporting, and response capabilities into the Vector Solutions product portfolio.
Vector Solutions, a software solutions provider, has acquired LiveSafe, a mobile risk intelligence solution for safety and security incident prevention.
Acquiring LiveSafe adds real-time mobile risk prevention, reporting, and response capabilities into the Vector Solutions product portfolio, furthering Vector’s strategy to provide integrated solutions that connect content and technology, says the company.
Vector Solutions’ product set includes learning management, continuing education (CE), compliance training, workplace scheduling, safety management, and more.

Headquartered in Arlington, Va., and founded in 2012, LiveSafe serves over 400 customers across educational institutions, commercial enterprises and government agencies. Its platform is said to provide early warning insights and prevents safety and security incidents to mitigate operational risks, reduce financial losses, and make places safer.

The LiveSafe platform also includes the WorkSafe back-to-work product, which allows organizations to detect potential COVID-19 infections, prevent outbreaks, and reduce legal liability, while still maintaining the privacy and security of employee health information.
The two companies first partnered together in 2019 to provide customized safety and security tools to higher education and K-12 markets. Under the acquisition, the LiveSafe brand will become Vector Solutions and LiveSafe products will be offered under Vector’s Risk Management solution.
