Avigilon HD Micro Dome Camera

Avigilon of Vancouver, Canada, releases the HD Micro Dome camera to help ease the transition from analog to high-definition (HD), according to the company.

Slightly larger than a golf ball, the camera and its smart cable weigh a combined 70 grams. The ONVIF-compliant camera also provides a horizontal angle view of 86° at 30 images per second.

With an IP66 rating, the indoor and outdoor camera was designed specifically for discreet, budget-conscious installations, like retail stores, office buildings, restaurants and hotels, according to the company.
