Gamber-Johnson Mongoose Locking Slide Arm

Stevens Point, Wis.-based Gamber-Johnson’s new Mongoose locking slide arm is a rugged mounting solution for cradles and docking stations. It was developed using extensive research from the public safety and Utility/TELCO industry and input from fleet managers and computer end-users. The result is versatile, ergonomic, unobtrusive, rugged, adaptable, adjustable and easy to install.

Featuring an overall length of nine inches from the center of the pole, the arm will extend four inches forward for a total length of 13 inches. Then the company’s “slam and lock” technology allows you to push the computer back to the retracted nine-inch position and automatically lock into place, preventing unwanted movement while the vehicle is in motion. The Mongoose can be ordered with or without motion attachment.
