Continental Access Accelaterm Door Controller
The Accelaterm CICP2800 super-speed 16-door controller by Continental Access of Amityville, N.Y., a division of Napco Security Technologies, supports eight to 16 readers and 40,000 to a million cardholders.
Powered by CardAccess 3000 version 2.9 software, the product processes more than 921Kbps for full downloads data and firmware downloads in five minutes, according to the company. It features an onboard direct-connect LAN adapter, 54MHz 32-bit processor and up to 20MB memory. Accelaterm also provides half-second door opens and FIPS/TWIC/CAC credential performance and features 24 to 72 supervised inputs and 17 to 65 Form C relays.
