Zenitel, Feenics Announce Integration of Audio and Access Control Platforms
The integration gives security teams the ability to both speak and listen and grant access to facilities and unmanned entry points.
Zenitel, a communication solutions provider, and Feenics, an access control solutions provider, announce the integration of Zenitel’s ICX-AlphaCom platform and the Feenics cloud-based access control solution.
Zenitel’s ICX-AlphaCom platform offers integrated intelligent communication management and security. It enables integration with leading risk, resilience, and security solutions by adopting open standards. Feenics’ cloud-based access control solution is built on open architecture hardware and is fortified by Amazon Web Services (AWS). It is available as a desktop app, web client, and mobile app.
The integration provides security teams the ability to both speak and listen and allow access to facilities and unmanned entry points while optimizing processes and actionable responses to incidents, according to the companies.
