Charlottesville, Va.-based Inova Solutions releases its Inova QReader™, a plug-and-play wallboard that, according to the company, provides call centers with a simple and cost-effective way to gain visibility into real-time operations. The product integrates with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and requires no additional software or dedicated server.
The product displays queue statistics on bright LED wallboards. Inova claims that increased awareness of key metrics has proved to increase productivity, reduce operating expenses and improve customer service in contact centers.
