UMBC Student Stabbed in Dormitory
BALTIMORE, Md. — Police arrested a former University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) student after he stabbed someone in a residence hall on campus Saturday.
Cody Kradz, 22, started fighting with the unnamed victim around 6 a.m. inside Erickson Hall, when he stabbed the student in the arm with a knife, The Baltimore Sun reports. The male victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Kradz had recently withdrawn from UMBC and faces first and second-degree assault charges. Alcohol was involved in the incident, according to police.
