The UCLA Medical Center is working to determine which employees accessed Kanye West’s medical records in another potential data breach relating to a high profile patient.
Multiple nurses and other medical personnel have already been terminated and an investigation is ongoing to identify the people who may have violated patient privacy laws in the incident, reports sandrarose.com.
West, 39, was involuntarily hospitalized in November and reportedly treated for sleep deprivation and psychosis before checking out of the hospital nine days later.

Keylogging software used by the hospital to monitor activity on hospital computers caught several employees accessing West’s records. It is against hospital policy to view the medical records of a patient if the employee is not working directly with that patient.
The incident is just the latest in a string of patient privacy violations at the hospital, which regularly treats celebrities and other VIPs.
Campus Safety has previously reported on a UCLA administrative specialist who plead guilty to felony charges after selling the medical records of Brittney Spears and Farrah Fawcett to the National Esquirer in 2008. An investigation that year found that more than 120 medical workers viewed celebrities medical records between 2004 and 2008.
Former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s records were also viewed by unauthorized personnel.
