U. of Colo. Freshmen Must Take Online Alcohol Education Course

COLORADO — Incoming University of Colorado students will now be required to take an online alcohol education course before the fall semester.

The course compliments an interactive theater lesson on alcohol education during orientation, the Daily Camera reports. Additionally, parents will receive a packet explaining how they can talk with their children about drinking, and the university will hold late-night movies and games as an alternative to campus parties.

The university was ranked by Playboy as the nation’s top party school last spring.
