TREXPO East and Tactical Medicine Conference to Feature Leading Experts

CHANTILLY, Va. – TREXPO East, together with the Tactical Medicine Conference, reports a strong line-up of experts for the conference in Chantilly, Va. The event will take place Aug. 21-23.

Leading trainers, professionals and instructors will be sharing the latest training and techniques that will help you save lives, including:

  • Sydney Vail, of the International School of Tactical Medicine, on understanding exactly what happens to the human body when shot. Tony Lambraia, of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), on active shooter encounters.
  • Al Baker, of Baker Batshields, Inc., with an analysis of the mission and structural elements of an immediate action, rapid deployment response of acceptable standards and special emphasis on the ballistic shield as asset or liability.
  • Richard Valdemar, on the pandemic proliferation of MS-13 and other California criminal gangs.
  • Michael Janich, of Martial Blade Concepts and BlackHawk Products Group, with Counter-Blade Concepts (CBC), a training session on how to dramatically increase your chances of surviving a real edged-weapon attack.
