Thief Captured On Video While Stealing Camera
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A thief was captured on video by a hospital security camera while he was stealing it.
In Bakersfield, thieves and drug dealers have been stealing security cameras for use in their own homes, The Huffington Post reports. The suspect stole the camera in December, but hospital staff sent Bakersfield Police Detective Scott Miller an image of the suspect’s face from the camera a month later.
Miller went public with the photo in order to deter security camera thefts.
