LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District (LCISD) has added four officers to the LCISD Police Department to increase security.
The addition of the new officers brings the LCISD PD to 10, allowing each campus to have an authority monitoring the premises, LubbockOnline.com reports. The police force also includes a K-9 drug-sniffing unit and a night officer to patrol after school hours.
